Jeffrey R. Gleimer
Case Reports
Dr. Jeffrey R. Gleimer from Regional Orthopedic Professional Assoc. in New Jersey specializes in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of spinal disorders involving the neck and back, utilizing microsurgical and minimally invasive techniques. He reports two challenging fusion cases where he used autograft bone plugs harvested with the Marrow Cellution™ system. In both cases the Marrow Cellution™ MC-RAN-8C kit was used to aspirate bone marrow and harvest high quality bone autograft dowels from the patient’s iliac crest.
Case 1
Anterior and osterior lumbar interbody fusion with unilateral percutaneous pedical screw fixation.
Case 2
Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion from C3-C7 with allograft bone and instrumentation.

The Marrow Cellution™ System is designed to minimize and eliminate the restrictive limitations associated with “point of care” processing systems which employ inefficient traditional aspiration trocar technology and are regulated as drugs “Advanced Therapies Medicinal Products (ATMP)”. Marrow Cellution™ is a minimally invasive bone/cell enriched autograft access and retrieval system, which does not require additional manipulation or processing, it never leaves the sterile field and provides rich autograft without associated morbidity.
