1. Priming

Prime disposable(s) with Anti-Coagulant

2. Blood Draw

Draw desired amount of whole blood

3. Fill Separator

Load up to 40mL blood into Process Separator (gray)

4. Centrifugation I

Load Separator and balance weight into centrifuge and start Cycle 1

5. Decant Cloudy Plasma

Use Screw Set to decant plasma to your needs

6. Fill Concentrator

Load Cloudy Plasma to Process Concentrator (red)

7. Centrifugation II

Load Concentrator and balance weight into centrifuge and start Cycle 2

8. Decant PRP

Pull out plasma until final PRP volume mark is reached

9. Resuspend PRP

Extract final PRP volume

1. The rotor buckets must be able to accommodate KeyPRP process buckets (41mm diameter / 115mm height).

2. The centrifuge must be able to achieve a relative centrifugal force of 2300g.
