CERVOS ACCESS & INJECTION – 15 GAUGE – OPEN TIP

Drill Enabled Sub-Chondral Access & Injection Cannula

Ref.: CER-SUB-1560

The CER-SUB-1560 is a bone access device that has a 15 gauge cannula with an open tip and is designed to be powered by a drill.

The device can serve as an access port to transplant tissue or medications.

Features

The device can serve as an access port to transplant tissue or medications.  For example, marrow aspirate obtained using CER-EXT can be used with the CER-SUB-1560 to transplant marrow aspirate.

The mechanism your body uses to repair and maintain tissue is Vasculogenesis, the process where marrow stem cells move through the peripheral vasculature to the site of damage. Vasculogenesis is the engine of all tissue repair making red marrow the engine of life.  Marrow is such a precious resource that it is the most protected part of the body and resides deep inside bone cavities and is redundant throughout the organism. This preferential status reflects the primary role this tissue and cells play in health and trauma.
